DBT Group

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is a treatment approach that focuses on teaching individuals skills that lead to a more meaningful and peaceful life. Recent research has shown that DBT helps people struggling with depression, suicidal behavior, self-harm, and anxiety. This group is for 18 and up, and will start Fall 2024.

The skills covered in this program include:

  • Mindfulness: Turmoil with Self
  • Distance Tolerance: Impulsiveness
  • Emotion Regulation: Label Emotions and Moods
  • Interpersonal Effectiveness: Interpersonal Chaos
